On the back of what was a huge leap forward for Brad Butcher in 2018, taking home his first Golden Guitar and Queensland Music Award, there are no signs of the Queenslander slowing down. 

Butcher spent the first 3 weeks of this year in Sydney recording his highly anticipated 4th album titled, TRAVELLING SALESMAN. Teaming up once again with Matt Fell at Love Hz Studios, the album is set for June release 2019 and get ready for the first single NATURE’S COURSE┬áto hit the airwaves in March. Travelling from the studio directly to Tamworth to team up with one of Australia’s most beloved singer songwriters FELICITY URQUHART for their ONE SHOW ONLY at this years Tamworth Country Music Festival. The show received rave reviews, so much so, they have decided to take the show on the road and will be announcing national tour details in the very near future.

MORE TO THE STORY co-written by Brad Butcher & Byron Hill has been nominated for a 2019 Queensland Music Award. This is Butcher’s fifth Q Music Award nomination since 2012 taking home the award for Country Song Of The Year at the 2018 Awards, held in Brisbane, for his song Well Dressed Man.

BYRON HILLis a highly decorated Nashville based songwriter, his songs have been recorded by some of the biggest names in Country music: Goerge Straight, Goerge Jones, Garry Allen to name but a sliver of his body of work. Byron was also inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame in 2018.
